We have expanded our hours for the tourist season. Tarpon Springs Distillery is now open Sunday thru Wednesday from 12-5 and Thursday through Saturday from 12-8.

We look forward to seeing you every day!

Also, we have extended our program to help the AHEPA house with much needed repairs. Continuing through this weekend, we will donate $5 for every bottle of Papou’s Ouzo sold in the store to the AHEPA House repair fund. So far, we have raised over $750. Stock up on Papou’s Ouzo for Epiphany weekend and help us reach $1,000!!

The rye malt whiskey is launching!!!!

Here are the details:

Our long-awaited whiskey will be available during business hours (2-6 W, Th, Sun; 2-8 F, Sat) beginning November 10 (Wednesday)

• You may preorder up to 2 bottles; it may go quickly, so preordering is a good idea!

• The price is $70 (+ tax), and is not subject to any discounts.

• You may preorder by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram, by messaging us on the website, by calling the distillery 727-940-2045, or simply by replying to this blog post. We'll reach out to you and confirm that we received your preorder.

A NEW DAWN for FLORIDA DISTILLERIES!!

After years of lobbying, praying, and hoping, distilleries in Florida finally were allowed to sell craft cocktails as of July 1st! You heard us right! We could sample (give away) as many cocktails as we pleased, but could not legally sell spirits by the glass. This was because we're licensed as "manufacturers of spiritous liquor" and by Florida law could only sell by the bottle. We're making up for lost time by dishing up a scrumptious menu of house and premium cocktails Wednesday -Sunday with wildly creative daily specials. If you haven't had a chance to drop by, please visit, enjoy a delicious drink, and help us celebrate. BTW: Our fun tours & tastings have always been and will remain - complimentary.
