Rum Raisin Old Fashioned

 The rich, malty profile of our moonshine lends itself to a surprisingly complex old fashioned. Infused with vanilla tea and golden raisins, this cocktail is the perfect after dinner treat. Add soaked raisins to the glass before filling for an extra boozy treat.    


  1. 1/4 cup golden raisins

  2. 4 bags vanilla bean macaroon Tazo Tea

  3. 1 bottle moonshine

  4. Soak for 24 hours (does not need to be strained or refrigerated due to the high proof of the spirit


  1. Start with shaker

  2. Add 2 oz tazo tea infused moonshine

  3. Add 1 oz Drambuie syrup

  4. Add 2 dashes of bitters

  5. Stir and pour over small glass with iceball

  6. Garnish with rum soaked raisins
